Milan Skriniar’s move to Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) has been finalized.
“PSG is delighted to announce the signing of Schickriniar on a five-year contract. His contract runs until June 30, 2028.”
Before the official announcement, PSG posted a post on Instagram that hinted at an official signing. The post showed a flight from Milan, Italy, arriving in Paris, France, at 11:00. Another post depicted a suitcase with Škriniar’s initials “MS” alongside the flag of his native Slovakia.
Škriniar joined Inter Milan in 2017. Upon arrival, he immediately earned a starting spot. He has since developed into one of the best defenders in Serie A. His 6-foot-3 frame and good physicality give him an edge in contested situations with opposing attackers. He also has good speed, which allows him to cover the space behind the defense. Most importantly, he has the build-up ability that center backs need these days. He is calm under pressure, able to connect with the ball and carry it himself.
Shkriniar has enjoyed some glorious moments since joining Inter Milan. Winning the Scudetto in the 2020-21 season. The Nerazzurri won the league title for the first time in 11 years, knocking out Juventus, the reigning Serie A champions. Reaching the UEFA Champions League (UCL) final last season, albeit losing to Manchester City. 토토 가입머니
PSG lost legendary defender Sergio Ramos at the end of last season. They scrambled to fill Ramos’ void and were interested in Shkreliar. The signing went smoothly. He eventually joined PSG. After achieving so much at Inter Milan, Schickriniar is ready for a new challenge at PSG.
