The seats for the professional basketball All-Star Game, which will be held at Suwon KT Arena on the 15th, were sold out in no time as soon as the reservations started.
The highlight of the All-Star Game, which will give the players a short break and the fans some fun, is the dunk and 3-point shooting contest.
This year, in particular, the ‘shooting masters’ of each team are mobilizing for the ‘three-point shot king’ position.
Carrot’s Jeon Seong-hyun, who won the first and third round MVP this season, is considered a strong candidate for the championship.
Jeon Seong-hyun, who is writing a record by challenging KBL’s first 200 3-point shots, is currently ranked first in the 3-point shot and domestic scoring category.
In addition, rookie Lee Jung-hyun, who is showing off his recently improved skills by ranking 4th in 3-point shooting and domestic scoring, challenged his roommate, senior Jeon Seong-hyun, in Carrot.
“I was eliminated in the preliminary round of last year’s contest. This time, I want to prepare well and compete with Seong-hyun in the finals.”
Attention is focusing on whether LG Lee Kwan-hee, who won the 3-point shot king last year, will keep the throne.
“My new goal is to win the 3-point shot at the All-Star Game one more time, following last year.”
In addition to them, 15 team aces, including ‘Basketball Idol’ KCC Heo Woong and Hyundai Mobis’ Philippine Express Avarientos, will compete for individual honor.
Attention is focusing on who will come out on top in the exciting dunk shot parade and 3-point contest of strength and skill.
