Hanwha won 7-0 against LG in Daejeon on Tuesday. Sanchez was the star of the show. Sanchez pitched a near-perfect game, throwing 112 pitches, allowing two hits, two walks, and eight strikeouts in eight innings. His 112th fastball was so powerful that it reached 151 kilometers per hour. Hanwha had won all six of Sanchez’s starts, who was 3-0 with a 1.39 ERA.

At the plate, Kim Tae-yeon, batting second, had two hits and three RBIs, including a two-run shot in the second inning, while Noh Si-hwan and Moon Hyun-bin also had multi-hit games with two hits. Leadoff hitter Lee Jin-young also did his part, going 1-for-3 with a walk and two RBIs.

With the win, Hanwha recorded its second straight victory and improved to 21-32-3 on the season.
